Dog Exercise Areas

We are very fortunate to have several ‘designated dog exercise areas’ available to use in Hamilton and in the wider Waikato areas.
Dog owners can exercise their dogs within these areas unleashed, and must:

  • Keep the dog under direct control at all times & come back when its called
(If you dog struggles with this they should be on a long line and also enrolled in one of our classes).
  • Remain in the designated dog exercise area with their dog.
  • Pick up doggy doo’s and place them in a rubbish bin.

For further information, read the dog owners responsibilities section on the Hamilton City Council website.
